01What exactly is included with processing?

When you process your cards through Diaz Solutions, your website build and managed hosting are included, with no separate website bill. Before I start, we agree on what the site includes. If you want something extra, like a paid third-party app, I’ll tell you the cost first.

02Is Diaz Solutions the payment processor?

Diaz Solutions is your merchant-services broker and direct point of contact. I help place and set up your merchant account with an approved processing provider. Account approval, pricing, and program terms are determined by the provider and your business profile.

03Can I keep my current POS or processor?

I review the equipment and services you already use before recommending a change. Compatible tools may stay in place, but the included website comes with payment processing through Diaz Solutions.

04What can customers do on my website?

Depending on the business, customers can order, book, request an estimate, view a menu or catalog, pay through an approved payment link, call, get directions, or contact the merchant directly.

05Who supports the website after launch?

I do. I stay your direct contact for the website, the hosting, and your merchant-services account. You won’t get handed from a salesperson to an anonymous ticket queue.

06What web address does my site use?

Your site gets a dedicated address like yourbusiness.merchantsite.co, and we check that your preferred name is available during setup. Casa Dorado and De Jesus use their own web addresses because they were custom projects I built before this offer.

07What if I switch processors later?

Your website and managed hosting stay included while your Diaz Solutions payment-processing relationship is active. If you switch processors, you keep your website for a monthly hosting fee.
